Is the LLC filed again every month?
No. Formation is a one-time registration in the first month. Later months cover ongoing support, reminders and administrative guidance.
What third-party fees should I expect?
State filing fees, registered-agent fees and any annual state fees, which vary by state. These are separate from our fee. We will tell you which apply before you file.
Can you guarantee LLC, EIN or bank approval?
No. Approvals are decided by government agencies, banks and payment providers. We help you prepare, but we cannot guarantee their decisions.
