Service Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every monthly service plan provided by FBA with Jihad, together with your written service agreement.
Monthly plans
Each service is provided as a monthly plan at its published monthly price. Each plan includes the deliverables and limits listed on its service page and confirmed in your service agreement.
Start of work
Work begins on the start date in your agreement, once we have the required access, materials and payment arrangements.
Monthly limits
Monthly limits (for example, number of campaigns, listings or content pieces) reset each period. Unused limits do not roll over unless your agreement says otherwise. Work beyond the limits requires a written change in scope.
Third-party costs
Advertising spend, platform fees, apps, tools, government filing fees, registered-agent fees and professional services are not included and are paid by you directly to the provider unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Communication and reporting
We communicate by email on business days and provide the reports described in your plan.
Billing, cancellation and refunds

Advisory services
Where a service is advisory, you make the final decisions and carry out actions in your own accounts unless your agreement says we will.
