This policy explains who owns content on this website, content you give us, and the work we create for you.

Our website content

Text, graphics and design on this website belong to FBA with Jihad unless stated otherwise and may not be copied without permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of the materials you give us, such as logos, product images, videos, product data and brand assets. You confirm you have the right to use them and give us permission to use them only to provide our services.

Deliverables

Once the related fees are paid, you own the client-specific deliverables we create for you, such as listing copy, ad copy, content and reports, unless your agreement says otherwise. We keep ownership of our general methods, templates and know-how.

Third-party materials

Stock images, fonts, tools and other third-party materials are subject to their own licences.

Portfolio use

We will not name you or publish your work as an example without your written permission.
