Every service is billed as a monthly plan at its published price. Your first period starts on the date in your written service agreement, and the plan continues month to month until cancelled. See our Monthly Billing and Renewal Policy.

Each service page lists the monthly deliverables, limits and exclusions. Your written service agreement confirms the exact scope before work starts.

No. Google, Facebook & Instagram, TikTok and Amazon ad management fees cover our work only. Your advertising budget is paid directly to the platform.

Yes. Every service can be purchased on its own, and you can add or remove services later.

By email, as a written report covering the work completed, the results observed and the recommended next steps. Some plans include a monthly call.

Yes. Email us to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly period, as set out in our Cancellation Policy. There is no minimum contract length.

Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy and your service agreement. Third-party fees paid to platforms or government agencies cannot be refunded by us.

No. Results depend on your product, pricing, competition, budget, tracking and platform policies. We commit to the agreed work and transparent reporting. See our Advertising and Marketing Disclaimer.

No. Amazon alone decides on account approval, reinstatement and policy matters. We can explain requirements and help you prepare. FBA with Jihad is not affiliated with Amazon.

State filing fees, registered-agent fees and any annual state fees. They vary by state and are paid separately from our $500/month fee. We’ll tell you which apply before filing. See our LLC Formation and Business Services Disclaimer.
