From first message to monthly results reports
A clear, written process so you always know what you’re paying for, what we need from you and when work begins.
- Submit an inquiry or request a consultationUse the contact form to tell us about your business, the service you’re interested in and your goals.
- Discuss your business needsWe review your situation and recommend the service or combination of services that fits. If something isn’t a good fit, we’ll say so.
- Confirm the scope in writingYou receive a written service agreement with the monthly deliverables, limits, exclusions, start date and billing terms.
- Onboard and share accessYou provide the account access, product details, brand materials and information listed in your onboarding checklist. You keep ownership and can remove access at any time.
- Service delivery beginsWe start work on the agreed scope once the agreement, access, materials and payment arrangements are in place.
- Review progressYou receive the agreed updates and a monthly report covering what was done, results observed and next steps.
What we’ll ask you for
- Accurate business and product information
- Access to the relevant accounts (Seller Central, Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok), granted through each platform’s user permissions
- Brand assets, product images and videos you own or are licensed to use
- Your goals, budget and any deadlines
- Timely feedback and approvals
