Draft pending legal review. This policy is a plain-English draft and has not yet been reviewed by a qualified legal professional.
This policy explains what personal information FBA with Jihad (“we”, “us”) collects through this website and in providing our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, business email, the service you selected, your business website (optional), your planned ad spend (optional), your message and your consent choices.
When you become a client we may receive business information, product details, reports and access to accounts you choose to share through platform permissions.
Our web host and security tools may process technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, in server logs, for security and performance.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss our services
- To prepare and perform service agreements
- To send service updates, reports and administrative messages
- To keep the website secure and working
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
What we don’t do
We do not sell personal information.
We do not use form submissions for unsolicited marketing.
This website does not currently use advertising pixels or analytics tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy and our Cookie Policy and ask for consent where required.
Service providers
We use service providers to run this website and our business, including our web hosting provider (Hostinger) and email providers. When you are a client, information may also be processed within the platforms you use, such as Amazon, Shopify, Google, Meta or TikTok, under their own privacy policies.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than 12 months if you do not become a client. Client records are kept for the duration of our relationship and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
Security
We limit access to personal information to those who need it, use account permissions rather than shared passwords where platforms allow, and use reasonable technical measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
