Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 22 October 2026
Draft pending legal review. This policy is a plain-English draft and has not yet been reviewed by a qualified legal professional.
These terms govern your use of this website and form the general terms of business for services provided by FBA with Jihad. Service-specific terms are set out in our Service Terms and Conditions and your written service agreement.
Services
We provide the services described on this website, as further defined in a written service agreement. Website descriptions are summaries; the service agreement controls if there is a conflict.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and lawful information, to keep it up to date, and to follow the rules of any platform we work on for you. See our Client Responsibilities and Service Limitations.
Account access
Where you grant access to your accounts, you remain the account owner and are responsible for your account. We will use access only to perform the agreed services. You may remove access at any time, which may limit what we can deliver.
Intellectual property
Website content belongs to FBA with Jihad unless stated otherwise. Ownership of deliverables and client materials is described in our Intellectual Property and Client Content Policy.
Third-party platforms
Our services depend on platforms we don’t control. See our Third-Party Platforms Disclaimer.
No guarantee of results
We perform services with reasonable care and skill but do not guarantee sales, rankings, approvals, advertising performance, profits or any other result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party platforms, and our total liability relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to scope
Changes to a service’s scope are agreed in writing. We will tell you in advance if a change affects the monthly fee.
Disputes
If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Formal disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. FBA with Jihad LTD is a company registered in the United Kingdom.
